This system has been tested to fit the newest generation of the following vehicles:

- Subaru: Forester, Outback, and Ascent

- Toyota: RAV4, 4Runner, and Highlander

- Honda: CR-V

- Jeep: Grand Cherokee

Systems ship within 1-2 weeks after purchase.

You must first purchase a Trekhaus Basis. The Trekhaus Lager, Essen, and Dosen can then attach to the Basis. You are limited to one Essen or Lager per Basis and one Dosen per Basis. 

Assembling the system is straightforward and takes less than 5 minutes: place the two halves of the system in your vehicle, bolt them together internally, and secure the system to your vehicle’s tie-down points with the included straps. Check out a full tutorial on our YouTube here.

It takes about 5 minutes to install or uninstall the full Trekhaus SUV Camper System in your vehicle.

The system includes the base, drawer modules and sleeping platforms. The system does not include dishes, cookware or a mattress. These items are available for purchase on our accessories page, and you can also use any existing items you have.

The mattress is not included. You can purchase a mattress from our accessories page or use your own. The system is designed to fit two standard camp pads side by side.

Trekhaus is designed to accommodate 1 or 2 sleepers. It is roughly the size of a 2-person tent and has a combined weight limit of 400 lbs.
